Explainedhall Heating & Air is a referral service. Homeowners in Salem Lakes, WI and the Salem Lakes area contact us when their heating or cooling system has a problem. We connect them with independent providers.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees. We work with established local businesses that want to receive homeowner calls.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome independent providers who offer:

• Home AC repair
• Furnace repair
• AC installation and replacement

Small shops and larger companies are both welcome. What matters is that you serve homeowners in the region and treat them well.

What We Expect

Providers in our network should:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required where they work
• Explain problems in plain, honest language
• Give written quotes before larger jobs
• Return calls and messages in a respectful way
• Be clear that they are independent and responsible for their own work

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or make promises they cannot keep.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note about how you handle homeowner calls

We will review your details and reply with next steps. Approval is not automatic, and we cannot promise a set number of referrals.
